To confirm your appointment for an insurance report, full payment is required at the time of booking. Our specialist will visit your property once payment has been received. During the visit, we will carry out a thorough assessment and collect all the information needed to produce a detailed, accurate report for insurance purposes. Your completed report will be delivered via PDF within two working days of the visit. Please note: We do not communicate directly with insurance companies. If you require us to liaise with your insurer or submit documents on your behalf, additional charges will apply. Inspection Costs The fee for the insurance report covers the preparation and delivery of the report only. Time spent on-site for the inspection is charged separately on a time basis. The first 45 minutes of inspection will be charged at £165.00. If additional time is required, it will be billed in 15-minute intervals at £55 per interval, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
